Individual Project - Interview Assignment - Solo Designer

Scenario :
Naveen works as a Service Engineer in a Water Purifier Industry. He takes care of fixing water purifiers in and around the Hi-tech city area in Bangalore. Naveen handles requests for repairs from customers, updates them on the status of the service, and also informs his company. If he needs any spare parts, he requests them through the app. Additionally, Naveen wants to keep track of all the payments he earns for his services.

Problem Statement :
How can we help Water Purifier Service Engineers to manage their day-to-day tasks to improve workflow and achieve quick performance in order to provide better working experience to engineers so they can provide quality service experience to customers.

My Role & Responsibilities :
I worked on this project as a solo UI/UX designer from inception to completion.
User Research ( Interviews, Survey, Personas, User Journey Maps), Wireframes, Usability study, Prototyping, Testing, Accessibility and Iterating on designs
